Owner, Helga Newman, is a public relations and marketing communications specialist with extensive knowledge in media relations, event planning, fund raising, writing and editing. She offers significant experience in developing traditional public relations materials such as press releases and media kits as well as promotional literature such as brochures and newsletters.
Newman increasingly uses interactive social media such as business blog writing, Twitter and Facebook updates to attract new audiences. Her industry specialties include arts, education, legal, lifestyle, and nonprofit organizations.
Newman started her career as an editorial assistant for a syndicated parenting magazine in Southern California. She wrote book reviews, columns, fillers, and feature articles.
Newman holds a bachelor’s degree of arts in journalism with a concentration in public relations and English-literature from California State University, Northridge.
